Chicks With Picks and Yes Ma’am have teamed up to create a sensational solution for the next destination after Fair Day – a stroll down to Coopers Hotel, King Street, Newtown for the CHICKS WITH PICKS EXTRAVAGANZA.

The hottest line-up of female-fronted and queer acts from Melbourne to Sydney are set to entertain all after Fair Day. South coast roots/rock sensation Genevieve Chadwick is headlining after packed shows and a standing ovation at the recent Woodford Folk Festival. Melbourne’s finest chick indie roots trio Jungal will party on the stage true to their trademark shows. Local legends Maxine Kauter Band, the sexy and suave 2011 Chick Boom Band Comp winners Sepora, acoustic burlesque newcomers, Holly Go Brightly, plus one more uber-talented band TBA to complete the line-up.

And your fave Chicks With Picks soloists and duets will heat up the stage before the bands kick off. The other great news is it’s fFREE ENTRY.

We do have a very limited number of Open Mic sets available, if you’d like to nab one of these please email sin.yesmaam@gmail.com ASAP.
Again, they’re aren’t many so if you miss out please don’t be disappointed! We’ll definitely have you for the next CWP in March.
