Announcing the lineup for the official launch of Chick BOOM!
Not only will August 29th be the official launch event for Chick BOOM!, but it will also act as a fundraiser for the very first Chicks with Picks Compilation CD.
For those of you who’ve hit up Chick with Picks since it’s birth in October 2009, you’ll be all to aware of the amazing talent we’ve stumbled across over the past few months. So in an effort to get these girls out there and give you guys something to take home with you, we’ve been working the past few months on putting together a disc with tracks from a select few performers.
As such, you will have two options upon entering the Chick BOOM Launch later next month;
- Either pay $10 at the door for entry alone OR
- Pay $15 for entry and have a copy of the CD mailed to you when it’s released on October 10th (CWP October).
100% for the profits from this event will go directly to production of the Chicks with Picks Compilation CD, and 100% of the sales of the CD will be split evenly between each band/artist published on the disc.

We will also have burlesque/circus acts to entertain and delight you (TBC).
